Hope restored. A community transformed.

422 Community Hub is a project of Manchester Vineyard, a local church and charity who in 2020-2021, through generous donations, grants and volunteer labour transformed a derelict former youth centre into a thriving Community Hub.

We have a Cafe, spaces available to hire, and a number of projects designed to alleviate the impact of poverty and social isolation in the local area.
