Project Co-Ordinator

Position: Project Co-Ordinator
Location: 422 Community Hub, 422 Stockport Road, Manchester, M12 4EX
Hours: 15 hours per week, with potential to increase depending on funding
Contract: 12-month contract subject to 6-month probationary period
Salary: £28,060 (pro rata)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Co-Ordinator to oversee and further develop the delivery of projects at 422 Community Hub in line with the vision and values of Manchester Vineyard. As this is a key leadership position, leading within a faith-based context, and participating in the spiritual life of the organisation, there is an occupational requirement for the post-holder to be a practicing Christian, in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a range of projects that seek to offer practical support, promote wellbeing and foster long-term hope for the community, particularly for individuals and families facing socio-economic hardship. Key responsibilities include oversight of project design and development, managing Project Leads and volunteers, enhancing our data quality and reporting methods, and contributing to fundraising efforts.

 

We are seeking a proactive leader with excellent communication and organisational skills, an understanding of project development and the ability to adapt to the needs of the community.

Administrator & Social Media Manager

Position: Administrator & Social Media Manager
Location: 422 Community Hub, 422 Stockport Road, Manchester, M12 4EX
Hours: 30 hours per week, schedule to be determined with successful applicant
Contract: 12-month contract subject to 6-month probationary period
Salary: £25,290 (pro rata)

Role Summary:

The Administrator will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient running of 422 Community Hub. This position is responsible for handling room bookings, managing invoicing, responding to enquiries and providing general administrative support to the staff team, as well as being a welcoming presence to all visitors of 422. The role also involves creating and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms, designing and distributing newsletters and responding to audience interactions.
